So at the end of episode 52 of the 80s series when Astro asks Elefun to switch his legs with Nikki's, a variation of the theme song was playing, and using FL Studio I made a variation of said soundtrack. If only there was a blank one in existence.
It's not done yet, but tell me what you think.

A sort of remake of the theme song

Sounds good, it's definitely coming together!
I thought I'd offer a bit of constructive criticism; some of the bass clef notes are off (or missing), they don't sound bad, but they're not the original bass notes. (Though this may be intentional, since you said it's a variation.)
There are also some instances where the treble/bass note sync is off, an example of this being between 0:20 and 0:25.
Good luck with the soundtrack remake, it's nice that you're making this so that there will be a clear version of it.

Thanks. .That's just what I wanted to hear. When it comes to this stuff, there's always room for improvement. You're right that I'm not trying to make it sound exactly how it did in the series though. I wish I could, but I'm lacking the right instruments for that.

Improvements for the most part. It never sounded complete to me.

With the types of instruments given, I always find that adding reverb helps with masking the sound of a midi sample. It helps simulate the sound that an orchestra playing in a hall would give, and the reverb generally should vary in tone with the instruments (woodwinds and strings having lighter echoes and bass instruments having darker trailing to it). Adding some additional noise (like a very light static) could mask the digital vibe too with creating the illusion of it being recorded with an actual mic.
Hope this helps.

I appreciate this. Now that the semester is over, I can finally get back to it and relearn FL Studio.
