how would one make an avatar

You are not the first one to ask, hehehe!

I think the first step would be to get a software to create animated gifs. Strange Wings, what was the one you said you were using? I totally forgot. Mine isn't free.

Oh, so you are too tired to put them, but I'm not supposed to get tired from making them all into avatars?

The one you said is "the right size" isn't: we are allowed 23.4 Kb and it's 250 Kb. Of course, I could make amazing avatars with 250 Kb, or even 50 Kb!

I'd be more than happy to do a few for you, but please give me a few that you prefer! I can't really reduce the size from my animated gif software because it'd be ugly, and I haven't even decrypted all the DVDs, so it can be very long (and I won't go into how hard it is to keep them below 23.4 Kb!)

How is it? For those that I have no vid, I have to resize from the software, so it loses a little bit of quality.

I'm going to do the color one!
